Very good questions. I am sure that no one has accepted responsibility for what happens post HS Graduation. The HS, could say it is a matter of the University. After all once the student turn 18 the rules of engagement changes. As a former Admission person, I think Universities could pull together some of that data that may shed some light, but not without the greater assistance of the HS. I did enjoy the food for thought.

Thanks E Martin for commenting. I agree with you from the perspective of the admission world they may be helpful in providing some of this feedback. I do believe MN colleges and Universities would likely be more responsive the out of state institutions. Therefore requiring a concerted effort from the schools, districts and perhaps the state education dept to track down where our students end up.
